Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs while maintaining service excellence
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for optimal terms
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Develop and maintain KPIs to track supply chain performance
- Coordinate with transportation partners for seamless cross-border operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years experience in supply chain management or logistics
- Proven track record optimizing inventory and distribution systems
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of NAFTA/USMCA trade regulations
- CSCP or CPIM certification preferred
