Core Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies that drive cost reduction and service excellence.
- Analyze complex market trends and data sets to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and procurement to align logistics goals with business objectives.
- Oversee the deployment of new technologies, ensuring seamless integration with legacy systems.
- Develop KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain strategy, logistics management, or operations consulting.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI; experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is a major plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in APICS (CPIM/CSCP) is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Lead the development of long-term supply chain roadmaps to support company growth.
- Data Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics to reduce waste and improve throughput times.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts regarding logistics performance.
- Process Improvement: Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma) across the network.
- Vendor Relations: Manage and negotiate contracts with third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business.
- Experience: 5+ years in senior supply chain roles.
- Tech Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or Tableau.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Certifications: APICS CPIM or CSCP preferred.
