Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end strategic planning for Project 2026, translating business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance technology architectures.
- Innovation & Trend Analysis: Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on our product ecosystem and business model.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions to drive automation and efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Best Practices: Establish and enforce engineering standards, code quality guidelines, and security protocols across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or strategic technology roles.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations or long-term product roadmaps.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong familiarity with AI/ML integration and future tech forecasting methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor senior technical staff and drive teams towards a shared vision.
