Responsibilities
- Define and lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to identify viable opportunities for the organization.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to prioritize initiatives that maximize ROI and user impact.
- Establish best practices for agile development and scalable system architecture.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and precision.
- Mentor senior engineering leads and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technology transformations or defining product roadmaps for the year 2025+.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data privacy regulations.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to balance short-term deliverables with long-term goals.
- Strong leadership presence with experience managing cross-functional teams across time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
