Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive, multi-year technology strategy that aligns with business goals and market opportunities.
- Lead Future Tech Integration: Evaluate and pilot emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) to determine their viability for our product ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for major initiatives.
- Architecture Oversight: Guide the technical architecture team to ensure scalability, security, and performance for the next generation of products.
- R&D Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation by managing research and development projects focused on long-term value creation.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor movements to refine our strategic position.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software engineering, product management, or strategic technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps, specifically focusing on future trends.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of modern software architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and emerging tech stacks.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing high-stakes projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
