Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to identify emerging trends, including AI-driven automation, edge computing, and sustainable energy-efficient server farms.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the migration of legacy monoliths to microservices and serverless architectures capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for cutting-edge technologies, ensuring they align with our long-term strategic vision.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Evaluate and select strategic technology partners and vendors that align with our 2026 operational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership capacity.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of implementing innovative solutions that solve complex, large-scale business problems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
