Responsibilities
- Future-Proof Sourcing: Identify and engage passive candidates in high-growth sectors including Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Energy.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term recruiting strategies to build robust talent pipelines for 2026 and beyond.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in the US market.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of modern tech stacks and emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
