Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive, data-driven roadmap for the next three years, identifying key technological milestones and innovation opportunities.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) to determine their potential impact on our business model.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with executive leadership, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on innovation goals and resource allocation.
- R&D Management: Oversee pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and industry shifts to proactively adjust our strategic direction.
- Change Management: Champion the adoption of new technologies, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and agility.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical leadership within a high-growth tech environment.
- Future-Oriented Mindset: Proven track record of identifying future trends and successfully implementing them into business strategy.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current tech stacks (Cloud, SaaS) and emerging tech paradigms.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior executives.
- Project Management: Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale strategic projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
