Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and maintain a comprehensive long-term technology roadmap focused on the specific innovations required for the 2026 market landscape.
- Disruptive Tech Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research and due diligence on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3, Bio-tech) to assess feasibility and strategic alignment.
- Product Strategy: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define how new technologies will be integrated into current and future product lines.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead pilot programs and proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives for high-potential future technologies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical futures into compelling business narratives for investors and executive leadership.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor global tech trends to ensure Horizon 2026 remains ahead of market disruptions.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in product strategy, technology consulting, or R&D leadership, with a proven track record of forecasting market trends.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in AI, Machine Learning, and Digital Transformation strategies relevant to 2026.
- Business Acumen: Ability to align technical innovation with broader business goals and revenue growth strategies.
- Leadership Skills: Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from conception to execution.
