Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process for our upcoming decade, identifying emerging technologies and market gaps to position Apex as a market leader.
- Architect Future Solutions: Design scalable, innovative architectural frameworks that support our long-term product roadmap and integration of next-gen AI models.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to ensure alignment on futuristic goals and deliverables.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on global tech trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to inform high-level decision-making.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic concepts to C-suite executives and investors with clarity and persuasive impact.
- Prototype & Validate: Oversee the development of proof-of-concept prototypes for visionary technologies before full-scale implementation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical architecture within a high-growth tech environment.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term roadmaps (3+ years out) with a focus on innovation and scalability.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure, and emerging tech stacks relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive consensus across functional boundaries.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
