You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our strategic planning, from hypothesis generation to full-scale rollout.

Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Develop and communicate a comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap that aligns with organizational goals, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Drive Strategic Execution: Lead cross-functional teams to execute high-priority strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of industry shifts and emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with C-suite executives, board members, and external partners to build consensus and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives.
- Change Management: Design and implement change management frameworks to facilitate smooth transitions during major strategic pivots.
- Performance Analytics: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of 2026 initiatives and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or a senior leadership role within a technology or fast-paced industry.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term, identify high-leverage opportunities, and translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and managing cross-functional projects with a focus on delivery and results.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
