Responsibilities

- Produce strategic foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex futures into actionable priorities
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized systems
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy on future-proof initiatives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused think tanks
- Drive cultural transformation programs to embed foresight capabilities across all business units
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial strategies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and influencing C-level decision-making
- Published thought leadership in futures research or innovation strategy
