Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy through scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for emerging technology adoption
- Present compelling futuristic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate-tech sectors
- Design and implement organizational change frameworks for 2026 workforce transformation
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists to cultivate next-generation strategic thinkers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology futurism roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
