Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology roadmap for 2026, focusing on AI integration, Quantum Computing readiness, and edge computing.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of next-gen software systems that scale for future demands.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies and champion R&D initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Executive) to translate high-level vision into technical reality.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party AI APIs and quantum hardware solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or a related technical leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (LLMs, NLP), and familiarity with Quantum Computing concepts.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and strategic initiatives.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
