- Identify high-impact innovation opportunities and secure strategic partnerships with leading tech innovators.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous innovation and futuristic thinking.
- Oversee the integration of predictive analytics into core business processes to drive decision-making.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, with at least 3 years in executive roles.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, Blockchain, and advanced data structures.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technologies in a competitive market.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts for diverse audiences.
