Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, identifying trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Biotech to shape our long-term product portfolio.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a team of researchers and engineers driving experimental projects from concept to pilot phase.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and cross-functional teams to secure buy-in and resources.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global tech ecosystems to anticipate shifts in the market and position Nexus Innovations as a market leader.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with startups, academic institutions, and industry thought leaders.
- Process Optimization: Establish frameworks for innovation management to ensure rapid prototyping and iteration.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in senior leadership roles within the technology sector, with at least 5 years focused on R&D or innovation strategy.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree (MBA or MS) preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technologies or leading digital transformations.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including AI, Machine Learning, and Web3 concepts.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical jargon into actionable business insights for diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex, high-level problems.
