Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and oversee the technical strategy for AI systems launching in the 2026 fiscal cycle, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the design and deployment of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks tailored for enterprise use.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization & Performance: Drive the optimization of AI inference pipelines and reduce latency to ensure real-time user experiences.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI usage, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing scalable distributed systems and high-availability AI infrastructure.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex performance bottlenecks and architectural challenges.
