Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native applications using AWS/Azure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across 5+ countries
- Mentor junior engineers through our global knowledge-sharing program
- Lead code reviews and maintain high-quality engineering standards
- Contribute to open-source projects with international developer communities
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience with Python, Java, or Go
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data structures algorithms
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and microservices architecture
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Eligibility for US work authorization (visa sponsorship available)
