Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems using company-provided equipment
- Operate diagnostic tools and specialized machinery for renewable energy infrastructure
- Perform preventative maintenance on high-voltage equipment following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system optimization projects
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Mentor junior technicians in equipment operation and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree not required)
- 2+ years technical experience in electrical/mechanical fields
- OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to operate power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
