Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with evidence-based nursing practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic health records
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Provide mentorship to junior nursing staff and students
- Adhere to all regulatory standards and hospital policies
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or eligible for immediate endorsement
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care setting
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Eligible for U.S. visa sponsorship (J-1 or H-1B)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
