Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization to ensure optimal warehouse efficiency.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Packaging & Labeling: Inspect products for damage and apply appropriate packaging and labeling procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Equipment Operation: Perform routine checks on machinery and report any maintenance needs to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is preferred but not always mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly; must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Language: Basic English proficiency is required to understand safety instructions and communicate with team members.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Legal Status: Must be eligible to work in the United States and willing to undergo the EB3 visa sponsorship process.
