Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform order picking, packing, and shipping duties with high accuracy.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Inspect products and packaging for defects before shipping.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read work instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
