Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end IT project lifecycles from planning to deployment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, UX, QA) to ensure timely delivery
- Manage project budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for iterative development
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Track KPIs using Jira, Asana, and MS Project tools
- Present progress reports to C-suite executives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of IT project management experience
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in cloud migrations and DevOps practices
- Proven success managing budgets over $500K
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with enterprise-scale SaaS implementations
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and ITIL frameworks
