Responsibilities
Design and implement high-performance decentralized protocols using Rust and Go.Conduct rigorous security audits and vulnerability assessments for smart contracts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Web3 solutions into existing legacy systems.Optimize blockchain network performance and scalability solutions.Lead technical architecture reviews and mentor junior developers.Stay abreast of emerging cryptographic trends and regulatory landscapes.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in Blockchain/Web3.Deep expertise in Rust, Solidity, or Go.Proven track record of deploying production-grade decentralized applications.Strong understanding of cryptography, distributed systems, and consensus mechanisms.Experience with Layer 2 scaling solutions and cross-chain interoperability.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
