Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of the Vision 2026 core neural networks and quantum interfaces.
- Define scalable system requirements and translate them into robust technical roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (research, engineering, product) to integrate cutting-edge AI models.
- Optimize algorithms for high-performance computing environments and edge devices.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or high-performance computing clusters.
- Strong track record of leading large-scale engineering projects from concept to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
