Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for high-impact government digital platforms
- Conduct user research and usability testing with diverse stakeholder groups
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Analyze user data and metrics to continuously improve design outcomes
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with government/public sector projects
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional interaction design and visual communication skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
