Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen workloads.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Quantum Computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering leadership.
- Proven experience in defining future-ready technology stacks and long-term strategic plans.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong background in AI/ML infrastructure and data governance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
