Responsibilities
- Monitor server infrastructure and network health 24/7 to ensure maximum uptime.
- Execute critical software patches and security updates during low-traffic windows.
- Resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical escalations for internal stakeholders.
- Conduct nightly system audits, backups, and performance tuning.
- Document all outages, resolutions, and system changes in the CMDB.
- Collaborate with Day Shift managers during scheduled handover meetings.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Proven ability to work effectively and autonomously in night shift schedules.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and Linux environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, Security+, or CCNA) are highly preferred.
