Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify crawlability, indexability, and site architecture issues.
- Optimize website performance to improve Core Web Vitals and page load speeds.
- Implement and manage schema markup, robots.txt, and canonicalization strategies.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers and developers to resolve technical roadblocks affecting search visibility.
- Analyze search intent and keyword data to guide content strategy and site structure.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies to maintain ranking stability.
- Lead initiatives to improve mobile usability and site security (HTTPS).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic rankings.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side technologies.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or custom solutions.
