Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement high-impact remediation strategies to improve site health and crawlability.
- Optimize site architecture, crawl budgets, and indexing to boost organic traffic and reduce duplicate content issues.
- Collaborate closely with frontend and backend developers to improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile usability.
- Develop and maintain XML sitemaps, robots.txt directives, and structured data (Schema.org) markup.
- Analyze search intent data and SERP features to inform content and technical strategies.
- Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and implement best practices for a future-proof SEO strategy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in Technical SEO or Digital Marketing.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic to intermediate level) with the ability to review code.
- Strong understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and third-party tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush.
- Experience with SQL or Python for data analysis is a significant plus.
- Proven track record of improving organic rankings and traffic for high-traffic sites.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
