Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level technical positions (Software Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity).
- Source and engage passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling, coordinating, and providing feedback to hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure continuous recruitment coverage.
- Collaborate with department heads to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the IT sector.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting methodologies and sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
