Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions including Software Engineers, DevOps, and Network Architects.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search strategies and social sourcing to identify passive candidates in the El Paso market and beyond.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of qualified applicants.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Conduct compelling interviews and manage the end-to-end candidate journey from application to offer.
- Meet aggressive monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarks to candidates.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical terminology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
