Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for Engineering, Data, and Product teams.
- Optimize job postings, LinkedIn content, and career site pages using SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and applicant quality.
- Sourcing candidates through advanced Boolean search and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct technical interviews, and manage the interview process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to build talent pipelines and define hiring needs.
- Ensure a world-class candidate experience from application to offer.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly reporting on hiring progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Human Resources.
- Strong working knowledge of SEO principles and how to apply them to recruitment marketing.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings.
