Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement strategic improvements to enhance organic search performance.
- Source, screen, and hire high-level engineering and technical talent using advanced recruiting methodologies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for key technical roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align recruitment content strategies with SEO best practices.
- Analyze recruitment metrics (KPIs) and SEO traffic data to drive continuous improvement and decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and industry professionals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in technical recruiting or a hybrid role combining recruitment and digital marketing.
- Deep understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Strong understanding of the UK job market and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
