- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for engineering and product roles in the UK market.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social recruiting, to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady stream of qualified applicants.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective job descriptions.
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment within the UK.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles in software engineering and IT.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Strong network within the London and UK tech community.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
