Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science).
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and Boolean search strategies.
- Screening and interviewing candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensuring accurate data entry.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Strong proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
