Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for engineering, product, and IT roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, networking) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure both cultural and technical fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and build strategic hiring plans.
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of successfully placing hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical skills (Java, Python, React, etc.).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
