Key Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to identify passive talent in the market.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and provide detailed feedback to hiring managers.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment strategies and improve time-to-fill metrics.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo).
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
