Responsibilities
- Lead the technical strategy and execution for 2026 World Cup venue infrastructure projects.
- Manage cross-functional teams including engineers, vendors, and stadium operations staff.
- Ensure strict compliance with FIFA technical standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management for high-priority initiatives.
- Implement comprehensive risk mitigation strategies for large-scale deployments.
- Facilitate clear communication between technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Monitor project health using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to ensure on-time delivery.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing complex technical projects in large-scale environments.
- PMP or PgMP certification is strongly preferred.
- Strong technical understanding of network infrastructure, data centers, and stadium technology.
- Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- Experience working on major global events or infrastructure mega-projects is a plus.
