Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex technical projects from conception to final delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively.
- Communicate project status, scope changes, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation to optimize team performance.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain high team velocity.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to define requirements and technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Project Management or Program Management.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a software development environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to C-level executives.
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
