Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for Project 2026 to executive stakeholders.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle (PLDC), ensuring delivery of high-quality features on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics to drive product decisions, A/B testing strategies, and iterative improvements.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential technical and business risks early and develop contingency plans.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or in a similar role within the tech industry.
- Technical Background: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), agile methodologies, and system architecture.
- Project 2026 Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-year product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Problem Solving: A track record of solving complex problems with scalable, elegant solutions.
