We are seeking a visionary Senior Technical Architect to lead the infrastructure strategy for our 2026 product roadmap. Responsibilities
- Design & Strategy: Architect end-to-end technical solutions that align with the 2026 business vision, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance.
- Cloud Leadership: Lead the migration and optimization of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), focusing on cost-efficiency and security best practices.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor senior and junior engineers, conducting code reviews and architectural walkthroughs to foster a culture of excellence.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in legacy systems and architect modern solutions to improve system throughput and reduce latency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and C-level executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Disaster Recovery: Design and implement robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., edge computing, serverless) for potential integration.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 3+ years in a Senior Technical Architect or Lead Engineering role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Cloud Expertise: Deep proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform with a strong understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing complex, distributed microservices architectures.
- Programming: Strong expertise in at least two major languages (Java, Go, Python, or C++).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on large-scale system design.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Security: Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA).
