Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap focused on 2026 goals, including AI integration, edge computing, and scalable microservices.
- System Architecture: Design robust, high-availability, and secure architectures that can handle exponential growth and complex data loads.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Vendor & Tech Stack Selection: Evaluate and select emerging technologies to future-proof our infrastructure and optimize performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Security, and Operations teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Disaster Recovery & Security: Oversee disaster recovery planning and implement enterprise-grade security protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and orchestration.
- Programming: Strong background in languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate business goals into actionable technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
