Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with a focus on software roles
- Proven track record placing candidates in NYC tech ecosystem
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Experience with relocation assistance programs and visa sponsorship
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or equivalent preferred
