Responsibilities
- Design and implement the high-level architecture for autonomous AI agents and neural network infrastructures.
- Lead the technical strategy for scaling our computing resources to meet exponential growth demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Research, and Security) to ensure architectural integrity.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to mitigate risks and optimize performance.
- Define and enforce best practices for cloud-native development and data security.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of professional experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable software solutions in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
