Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architectural strategy for Project 2026, ensuring robust scalability and fault tolerance.
- Design and implement microservices architectures that optimize system performance and reduce latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Security, DevOps) to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to maintain high standards of quality and security.
- Mentor junior engineers and senior staff alike, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Identify and mitigate technical debt, ensuring the platform remains agile and maintainable.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proficient in high-level programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Proven track record of designing high-availability systems handling massive concurrent traffic.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations.
