- Develop and execute multi-site supply chain strategies optimizing $500M+ annual operations
- Lead cross-functional teams across procurement, warehousing, and distribution networks
- Drive digital transformation implementing AI-powered inventory management systems
- Negotiate strategic vendor contracts reducing logistics costs by 15-20%
- Ensure 99.8% on-time delivery across 12+ distribution centers
- Lead crisis management for supply chain disruptions during peak seasons
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive supply chain leadership in logistics/transportation
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or MBA required
- Proven experience managing teams of 50+ professionals and $100M+ budgets
- Expertise in TMS/WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder)
- CPIM or CSCP certification strongly preferred
- Track record of reducing logistics costs by 15%+
