Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 team members during weekend shifts
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Optimize warehouse workflow and inventory management
- Train new hires on equipment operation (forklifts, scanners)
- Resolve operational challenges with minimal downtime
- Generate shift reports and performance metrics
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification required
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Ability to work weekends only (Sat-Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Proficient in warehouse management systems
- Physical ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- High school diploma or equivalent
