Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the 2026 Technical Vision and architectural strategy across the organization.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance technology solutions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on business operations.
- Oversee the migration to next-generation cloud and AI infrastructures.
- Manage technical debt and ensure code quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership.
- Proven experience in defining and executing a long-term technology roadmap.
- Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Strong background in AI/ML integration and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
