Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to translate strategy into actionable OKRs.
- Present quarterly progress reports to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term strategic initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies dynamically to ensure 2026 targets are met.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering multi-year strategic visions.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making and financial modeling.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
